Series of Emotion

Affection, Kindness, Happiness, Joy, Love, Pleasure, Compassion, etc., is what each and every individual would crave for. No human is consciously willing to crave Grief, Guilt, Remorse, Hatred, Loneliness, Regret, Sorrow, etc. unless they are mentally unstable.

To simplify further, just like we get hungry for food to meet our day to day need for physical energy, our mind and body also crave for different types of pleasant emotions and would like to get fulfilled and cherished.

Hunger for love and compassion from others never dies, even though we pertain to be cold-hearted or stone-hearted either due to circumstances or by choice. Subconsciously we wanted to be felt happy through others, even if someone appreciates our little efforts or when they genuinely care for us or when they make little effort for us, our heart blossoms, like a flower when it sees sunshine. We all know scientifically that its all those chemical hormones that are playing within us and if it was romantic feeling then who cares about hormones imbalance theory, we always love to swim across those fantasy world, live in a romantic moment and eat those poetic words that make every minute by minute as a moment to remember and cherish.

But that is when our expectation rises from another person too, which we should keep a check on it, not to get possessive or obsessive, instead, try to live the feel-good moment and be over the moon, feel really happy about it, and don't think about what or whatnot, that's not the moment to ruin it. The kindness from another person to be seen as an act of God and appreciate it and feel blessed, rather than making a habit of expecting now and then and by not receiving the same, getting disappointed for a lifetime.

On a day to day basis, we do exchange emotional currency with others, and to keep it positive, we should always ensure it's warm, kind, and polite. Sometimes, we might unknowingly fulfill someone's need for kindness and affection and be part of an act of God. So, reciprocate your love and gratitude.

As like receiving love from someone is a kind of blessing, we should also feel blessed for having the capabilities to shower some love, compassion, and kindness to others. Everyone got priorities in their lives to take care of, if someone is busy with their lives and if we are not a priority anymore of theirs then it should be totally fine, we understand it's never easy as we spoke but that's fine and draw a line, expectation arises only disappointment and we are not here to punish ourselves, we are here to receive love and spread love. It's totally okay even if we go through heartache as well for a moment, if we don't break down, we wouldn't know what we should value for, what not to expect, how much we should selfishly care for someone, and how much we should have devoted for ourselves, which is wonderful for a person to grow up.

But, 'This too shall pass', all days were never the same, always make a habit of thanking every act of God that you see and receive, when you are totally down, believe me, Universe will show you the path to get up and run for this life. Everyone is challenged and got their own ups and downs, so, sensing the same, be polite with words to others, think positively for others, and act kindly.

Like someone said, being Strong means it includes being kind too, there's nothing weak about looking out for others and there's nothing weak about kindness and compassion. Be kind enough to receive kindness and reciprocate gratitude as well :)
