Inquistive Thinking
There were never been two sets of people, where few are unconcerned and others are curious about their behavior. Everyone has and had a certain level of curiosity while evolving and grooming themselves as part of human development in this society. Only the intensity varied but not the intention and inquisitive thinking either to gain certain knowledge or helping themselves to acquire certain information that they lacked and wanted to bridge those gaps.
When we watch magic tricks, would have the curiosity to know, how they did it!?! And 'The Prestige' movie had this wonderful dialogue in it, where the character Cutter explains, "Every great magic tricks have three parts, first part - 'The Pledge', where the magician does ordinary things, the second part - 'The Turn', where the magician turns ordinary into extraordinary things and the curiosity gets build up in the audience and looking for the secret but they won't find it and they really don't want to know. They want to be fooled. But they wouldn't clap yet. Because making something disappear isn't enough; they have to bring it back. That's why every magic trick has a third act, the hardest part, the part they call 'The Prestige'".
Few people even after the show, keep thinking about, how they really did it!?! Even though they enjoyed the performance but the curiosity keeps them actively thinking about various acts and guessing how would they have accomplished it but wouldn't be convinced as it would have been easily guessed by themselves. So the part that they don't understand even after brainstorming and when they come to know about it, is what quenches their thirst for their inquisitive thinking.
Few others give a damn about it. Doesn't matter for them, they praise the act, they enjoyed the act. They trained their mind, not to inquisitively think about the act and they are little worried as well, what if they wouldn't enjoy going further by putting all their mind into it. They are willing to give away their curiosity and the giveaway attitude is quenching their thirst to praise the act, and willing to be fooled forever and ever.
But not every people who give away their curiosity in one particular instance would always be like that for the rest of their lives. Curiosity as behavior is an excellent quality in human development as researchers say too. Just that people's interest in one another varies and we can't be biased with an opinion by going with one instance. Taking magic trick as an example was to reinforce the idea of holding the curiosity and giving away the curiosity is necessary for this journey of life. The example was about two different personal characteristics but if the same person can have both the personality traits then it would definitely help to mentally balance our thoughts to stay calm and enjoy at times and sometimes think a little extra to bridge the gap of knowledge.
Knowing the traits when to give away and when to hold would definitely make the person wise. But, learning to balance and giving a thought about giving away the curiosity and inquisitively thinking is definitely going to help ourselves from this chaotic world by staying calm and humble to know nothing as well as to know everything in a very composed manner as we learned when to giveaway.
